Something to Celebrate!!! To celebrate is to commemorate something worthy of acknowledging. What cause do you have to celebrate?   #1 Start with gratitude. What do you have to be grateful for?  #2 Consider celebrating those who have helped you today, this week, this past month, this past year, or those who have supported you.  #3 Celebrate what you have achieved over the years, and the obstacles you have overcome, or celebrate that today is a new day and you get to start fresh and new!  There is always something and or someone to celebrate. When we acknowledge those people and those things in our lives, we etch in our brains and bodies that life is happening in a good way. We feel the sensation of goodness, happiness, and joy. Our body stores these emotions and when we recall those celebratory moments, we can feel them all over again! Which can then be a driving force to repeated encounters and or behaviors that lead to more celebratory moments.

Don't wish anyone a "Happy Memorial Day," Here's why: Today is Memorial Day in the US, and it's crucial to be mindful of cultural differences, especially in a global workplace connected with US companies or American individuals. ❌ Here's why you shouldn't say "Happy Memorial Day": • Memorial Day is a day of mourning, not celebration. • It honors the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to the nation. • It's an opportunity to reflect on the sacrifices made for freedom and democracy. ✅ Instead of saying "Happy Memorial Day," here are three alternatives: • Wishing you a meaningful Memorial Day. • Enjoy the long weekend and the day of remembrance. • Have a special Memorial Day. On Memorial Day, when we step back to remember and reflect, it’s a good time to consider how our routines may be holding us back from truly engaging with the world around us. Think about it! When was the last time you took a spontaneous road trip or tried something out of your ordinary? Habits, while comforting, can sometimes keep us in a bubble, away from new experiences and opportunities. They can create a false sense of security and even stifle creativity. So, while I appreciate the structure habits bring me, I’ll use my day off to inspire me to break them. To honor those who’ve shown immense bravery by embracing a bit of that spirit myself.
