Miami continues to be a top destination for companies looking for prime office space. With significant tenant demand and ample amenities, it's no wonder why trophy offices in Miami are continuing to shine. Companies seeking spacious floor plans, waterfront views, and access to talent have found Miami to be an ideal choice for their headquarters or regional operations. According to recent data, trophy properties in Miami's office market have consistently outperformed class A and class B properties since 2019.
