Do you believe in participation trophies? While I understand the arguments that participation ribbons and trophies provide a sense of accomplishment and motivation, I feel giving a trophy simply for participating undermine the value of competition and hard work. I mean, doesn’t a trophy merely for participating (aka minimal effort) essentially foster a sense of entitlement? I also wonder how this participation trophy-for-everyone approach might impact us later as adults… I’m curious – what are your thoughts on participation trophies? I often get asked why White & Co Real Estate LLC ? What made me decide to go with their offer when I had offers from other companies ❓ The decision was made once I had my first interview with Jodi Thompson. In the time that I’ve been here the workforce has almost doubled, for some of the people that have been here longer than me it has tripled. But what makes this company great is that even with all the new faces, the same support system is still there, still flourishing and still hitting bigger targets month on month.
