HEY EVA-KARIN, I HAVE A QUESTION 🙋🏻♀️ Question: what are your thoughts on diversity? Answer: I have two answers to that. First, our department are representing the customer. And if we only sold our cars to 40-year-old engineers from Sweden… Well, we wouldn’t sell that many cars, would we? Second, I think that everyone bring something into our team. Adrian Korbuly our youngest team member (19 yrs) has a constant stream of questions of why we do things a certain way. (Sometimes we realize that we don’t know the answer to them!) And our oldest Mats Hilmersson has a lot of experience from our department, but also from working in our factory in the US. I could go on like this, with every single person in our team. So, for the position I have open now (see in comments) I am looking for someone that can bring us something extra to the table! But also needs to have all the personal skills that we like! #recruiting #hiring #volvocars
