That’s a wrap on Groceryshop 2024! First industry event in the books, with many more to come. Over the past few days, I’ve challenged myself to do more listening rather than speaking (and for those who know me, that’s hard to believe). The future of innovation in retail feels limitless. The Quorso team had a fantastic time at the Store Operations Council last week. It was brilliant to be in a room full of operators and vendors, discussing the latest innovations and challenges faced by retailers at the moment. We heard from leading retailers on the following: 1. Simplification - stores are faced with a deluge of data on a daily basis, with hundreds of reports and emails landing in their inboxes every day. Operators looking at ways to remove the data overload and help their store leaders focus on what matters. 2. Leveraging technology in stores - how can the latest innovative in-store tech help stores run more efficiently, giving store teams more time to focus on delighting their customers. 3. Co-Pilots - the latest in Assisted Intelligence.. Co-Pilots such as Quorso are creating an opportunity for Field Leaders to become more effective. By streamlining the amount of reports and dashboards they have to access and creating personalized & prioritized daily work and providing easy access to learnings and insights.
