🌟 Reflecting on yesterday's educational journey with my students, we embraced a transformative experience using LEGO Education 🚀 In a landscape often bound by conventional approaches, I found myself contemplating the fundamental question—how can we integrate creativity and problem-solving organically into our daily teaching? 🧩💡 LEGO SPIKE emerged as an invaluable tool, seamlessly infusing STEM concepts into the fabric of learning through the art of play. It wasn't just about breaking away from traditional methods; it was about cultivating innovation and critical thinking in our young minds. 🌈✨ Picture a world where education isn't just about textbooks but a dynamic exploration, where hands-on learning is as essential as mastering subjects, FIRST Israel and FIRST worldwide 🌐 is working for it. As an educator, I find not merely as a set of bricks but as a catalyst shaping the future of education. Let's delve into the potential, steering away from the mundane and embracing a pedagogical shift! 🚀🌐 #EducationalInsights #STEMEducation #PedagogicalShift #Reflections 🌟

This #TeachersDay, I came across this fascinating compilation of iconic teachers from Hollywood. Characters like John Keating from Dead Poets Society and Mr. Miyagi from The Karate Kid have inspired generations with their unconventional methods and wisdom. But as I scanned through the image, something became clear: over 90% of these teachers are men. The reality is different. In classrooms around the world, the majority of teachers are women—women who embody the same passion, creativity, and commitment as these fictional characters. For every Mr. Holland (Mr. Holland’s Opus), who believes in the transformative power of music, or Will Schuester (Glee), who uplifts students through creativity, there are countless real-life female educators who go beyond the call of duty every day. This disparity raises a critical point about representation. Why does Hollywood so often choose to portray male educators as the influential figures when, in reality, the profession is largely led by women? It’s time to shift the narrative and celebrate the true heroes in education—the women who shape, inspire, and lead our future generations. This #TeachersDay, let’s acknowledge and honor the incredible women who form the backbone of our education system. They deserve to be represented just as much as the Mr. Keatings and Mr. Miyagis of the world. To all the amazing female educators—thank you for your unwavering dedication and impact.

Calling All L&D Specialists: Let's Transform Education Together! I'm reaching out to the incredible Learning & Development community for insights and collaboration. As someone involved in the capacitation of teachers, I've seen the contrast between the structured approach in the education system and the dynamic, adaptable nature of L&D in the private sector. I believe there’s a significant opportunity to bring more flexibility, project-based learning, and rapid feedback cycles into the way we train educators, especially when it comes to integrating cutting-edge fields like Artificial Intelligence into classrooms. I’m looking for L&D experts who are passionate about education and willing to collaborate on strategies to make a shift in how the Ministry of Education approaches teacher development. How can we adapt the best practices from corporate L&D to create impactful and relevant training programs for teachers? If you're interested or know someone who might be, I’d love to connect and discuss how we can start making a difference together!

Even as we find ourselves in the midst of a war, it's more important than ever to remain optimistic and focus on building a better future. Innovation can be a powerful tool in enhancing our lives and supporting our communities during these difficult times. I'm particularly inspired by the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education to make a positive impact. As we stand on the brink of Rosh Hashanah, a time symbolizing renewal and new beginnings, our focus shifts to how we, as teachers, can harness this spirit to invigorate our educational practices. I'm pleased to share a lesson developed by Kyron Learning demonstrating practical steps to innovate in these difficult days. Let's unite in embracing optimism and leveraging innovation to create a brighter future for all. Stay safe, stay hopeful, and let's keep moving forward together. While I was conducting a workshop on innovation and integrating artificial intelligence, the sirens started going off... The team quickly dispersed to the shelters, a few minutes passed, and then we returned to Zoom. What can you do in such a situation? How can you continue to teach and explain? In an instant, I was able to create a tool to help regulate breathing and ease the tension. This is the power of AI; this is what it's all about. I create tools for my needs, here and now. There’s no better way to demonstrate its potential.

🌟 Unlocking the Power of AI Together: A Community Effort🌟 In today's rapidly evolving world, learning isn't just a solo journey or limited to a select few. It’s about **communities coming together**, where every individual, not just the leaders, contributes to unlocking the full potential of tools like AI. That’s why we established a learning community within our organization—because innovation thrives when everyone is involved. Studies have shown that 75% of workplace knowledge is gained through social learning, underscoring the value of shared experiences and collective growth. One of the most inspiring examples of this community-driven innovation comes from a fellow educator in our group of over 300 teachers. This isn’t just about what the “director” or leaders are doing—**everyone** is stepping up to experiment and harness AI’s potential. Here’s their story: _"Today, I experienced one of the most fascinating and meaningful meetings of my professional journey. During a team meeting, I decided to try something I had never done before—integrating ChatGPT in real-time as part of the ongoing discussion. We started with expectations alignment, then moved on to evaluate our priorities. Timing the use of AI allowed us to process data and make decisions much faster and more efficiently."_ "This experience not only saved us time but also deepened the discussion and added a layer of thought that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise. It’s a perfect example of how technological innovation can enhance every moment, turning it into a more productive and engaging interaction."_ In our community, everyone is encouraged to unlock the potential of AI—not just in theory, but in practice. This is one of many steps in our collective journey toward **managerial and educational innovation**, where each participant—regardless of their role—contributes to our success by exploring how AI can offer us a significant advantage in teaching and management. 🌱💡

At the beginning of the school year, every educator faces various administrative tasks to prepare for the academic year. One of these tasks is adding new contacts to their phone. Teachers receive lists of parents, fellow teachers, and more… and manually entering each one can be a real headache. I asked myself, can I solve this challenge? I took a list of 45 teachers participating in my training and managed to save them as contacts with just one click! However, when I tried to export this process as a finished tool for other users, things became more complicated for various reasons. While the chatbot doesn’t work perfectly yet, I’m excited to share the tool. If you have GPT-4, you can explore it a lot. For those who don’t, you can still try, but the number of messages is limited. https://lnkd.in/dAMrprpM But the most important thing isn’t the solution (which still needs work). So, what is? Out of necessity, we start discovering the potential technology holds, realizing how it can support us in unexpected ways. Use Cases is the keyword!! P.S. There are many websites that help create contacts even without AI... but building a tool for your own needs is really powerful!

🎉 Welcome to a New School Year! 🎉 As we step into a new academic year, let’s take a page from the whimsical world of "Hooray for Diffendoofer Day!" by Dr. Seuss, where the extraordinary Diffendoofer School celebrates creativity, curiosity, and the joy of learning. "We’ve taught you that the earth is round, That red and white make pink, And something else that matters more— We’ve taught you how to think." At Diffendoofer School, students are encouraged to think outside the box, embrace their unique talents, and find joy in every lesson. This year, let’s strive to make every classroom a place where students can explore, imagine, and discover their full potential. Let’s hope that every school can find its own way to touch the hearts and minds of its students, just like Diffendoofer does. "Oh, the things you will learn And the people you’ll meet, The places you’ll go Will be oh so sweet!" Here’s to a year of growth, laughter, and endless possibilities. May we all find a little bit of Diffendoofer in our schools and inspire our students to think, create, and soar! #BackToSchool #InspireLearning #ThinkOutsideTheBox #DiffendooferDay

Innovation Starts with a New Perspective 🌍✨ This image is just humor, right? A fun look at a fictional Olympics between planets where Earth takes all the medals. But what if we used this to rethink traditional ideas? What if we held the Olympics not between countries, but between cities? Or even between planets? 🌍🪐 How would this shift change the way we view competition, collaboration, and global (or interplanetary) unity? Innovation begins when we look at things from a new angle. Whether it's questioning the way we do business, organize teams, or even rethink global events, fresh perspectives can reshape our world.

Unexpected Connections: Radical Truth and Prompt Engineering Lately, I’ve been diving into two seemingly unrelated topics—Radical Truth and Prompt Engineering. At first glance, these fields couldn’t be more different: one focuses on human relationships and communication, the other on optimizing inputs for AI. But the more I’ve studied both, the more I realize they share a surprising connection. Both Radical Truth and Prompt Engineering demand clarity, precision, and transparency. In Radical Truth, the goal is to express exactly what you think and feel, without holding back or sugarcoating. In Prompt Engineering, the goal is to provide precise, clear instructions to AI, ensuring the output aligns with your needs. In both areas, honesty is key—whether with another person or with a machine, saying exactly what you mean is critical to getting the results you want. Both require continuous feedback and refinement, and in both, we often learn the most when things don’t go as planned. It might sound absurd at first, but there’s a certain logic to it: refining communication, whether with humans or AI, leads to greater understanding and better outcomes. Innovation is a state of mind; not a technological one...
