Why are people with academic success struggling to find jobs or careers? Shouldn’t educational success through hard work, time spent, and effort given be enough? It should be but I’ll tell you why it isnt. Peers on jobs have become lazy, cheap, and incompetent. If you are competent enough to know the details of the job role, why not teach others. A bachelors degree, masters degree, and doctorate degree should be enough to have someone willing to teach and train. Give some of us a chance to prove that our dedication towards going to school, spending long hours towards our high GPAs, time away from our children, studying day in and day out, long nights early mornings, missing out on family events, and whole lot more to be able to have good careers to take care of our families & excel in life. Our educational background should mean something. Give people with degrees a chance!

[Continued from previous post] Teaching is actually a truly rewarding and fulfilling career path if you maximize the opportunities in it. Although it comes with its own challenges - teachers are underpaid and undervalued; the teaching job is highly demanding and stressful, and the pay is not worth it; teachers are always at the receiving end, making the job more frustrating. For everyone who wants to succeed in this noble profession, teaching requires passion and dedication; otherwise, you'll find yourself performing below expectations. If you find yourself in the job, whether by circumstance or choice, ensure you give it your best. Make sure you add value both to yourself and others around you. The value you add today will create opportunities for you tomorrow. Note that everybody teaches, but the extra touches you put into the job are what set you apart. These include your added skills stemming from continuous learning, your innovative teaching methods, your collaborative power, and your impactful projects. All of these will distinguish you among your peers and pave the way for a better future for you. These individuals, along with others, will deepen your passion for the job. College Selection is a critical step for those juniors and seniors in high school who want to attend college after graduation. The key strategy is choosing schools where your student is average to above average compared to other incoming freshmen. Why? Because we want to be a desired student. The only enticement a school has to help convince a kid to enroll at their university is money. And this where we can take advantage of that reality and end up paying FAR less than the sticker price (the Cost Of Attendance.)
