We know Girl Scouts care about civic action, advocating for issues important to them, and becoming leaders! We want to take a moment to remind everyone about some limitations during any election period. As 501(c)(3) organizations, all Girl Scout councils have limitations that prevent them from engaging in any political campaigning as a Girl Scout member. There are many nonpartisan activities allowed, including learning about the importance of elections and participating in get-out-the-vote campaigns.
