The West Midlands is to showcase around £20 billion worth of investment opportunities at UKREiiF in May - an amazing collection of projects which really demonstrate the regeneration taking place in the centre of the UK. I've included a link in the comments to the West Midlands Combined Authority showcase for the Leeds events, but in short, there's virtually nowhere across this heartland which isn't looking forward and in turn, aiming to build their regional economy. That's one of the reasons I set up Horgan Commercial, Horgan Homes sister company, which is looking to develop brownfield sites and bring them back into productive use. The ability to transform areas, breathe new life into them to attract investment and sustainable job creation, is the key to growth.
