🌸💪Celebrating International Women’s Day (and History Month) by Embracing our Inherent Worth💪🌸
As we honor Women's History Month, let's celebrate not just the achievements of remarkable women and trailblazers throughout history, but also the profound impact women continue to have as leaders and powerful change-makers.
The American Psychological Association rightly states, "When more women are empowered to lead, everyone benefits." Decades of research affirm this truth: women leaders enhance productivity, foster collaboration, inspire dedication, and promote fairness in organizations and beyond.
Yet, despite these undeniable benefits, the reality remains stark—only 10% of Fortune 500 companies are led by women. It's a sobering reminder of the work still to be done in breaking down barriers and shattering glass ceilings.
But amidst this journey of progress and change, one thing remains constant: the importance of self-care. As women, we often lead with empathy, compassion, and resilience—qualities that empower us to navigate challenges and uplift those around us. But it's essential to remember that self-care isn't selfish; it's a vital aspect of our ability to lead effectively and sustainably and "an affirmation of your inherent worth." - Jane Morales
In a world that often demands our constant hustle and sacrifice, prioritizing self-care isn't just an act of self-love; it's an act of rebellion—a declaration that our well-being matters, and our voices deserve to be heard.
So this Women's History Month, let's honor the legacy of those who came before us by embracing our power, leading with empathy, and nurturing ourselves along the way. Let's celebrate the women who inspire us, support us, and remind us of our inherent worth.
Here's to the trailblazers, the visionaries, and the leaders of tomorrow—may we continue to rise, empower, and lift each other up. Happy Women's History Month! 🌟👩💼🌸

4moHaving women leaders is very important in the automotive industry. I have been in this business 18 years and experience the worst behavior from male colleagues and because boys will be boys it's never because your a woman. It's always our cycle or something of that manner. The versatility in a shop makes it so much safer and stronger then just a male shop. P.s culture helps alot too that's what American is about freedom to be who we choose and do what we love with people we spend the most of our life with, we are at work more than our homes so let's grow up and create teams that are built to last. Goodluck to you and all.
