Carolyn joins us with over a decade of experience in customer success, operations, and training across various SaaS industries including education, Fintech, and Hospitality. She is thrilled to be coming back full circle to a role in a company dedicated to learning. She is passionate about driving customer success outcomes through product adoption and collaborating with internal teams to better understand customer needs. On a personal note, Carolyn is originally from Baltimore, MD (and says, "Let’s Go O’s"), but currently resides in Hanover, PA, otherwise known as Snacktown, USA. When she is not coaching soccer, or chasing her 5 kids around, she is experimenting in the kitchen and watching Suits with her husband.
