My top productivity hack: the 2-minute rule. 🕑 I am one of the most efficient people you’ll ever meet - ask anyone in my family or at work. A lot of it is because of how I organise my time and priorities, but really what helps me get a lot of things done in a short amount of time, is the 2-minute rule. If a task takes less than 2 minutes, I tackle it head-on IMMEDIATELY and just get rid of it then and there. No procrastination allowed! 🙅♂️ For those bigger tasks, I schedule them in my calendar to ensure they get the time and focus they deserve. My calendar is my project management tool. 🗓️ This works wonders even for tackling your email. Trust me, this simple strategy has been a game-changer in my productivity journey to tackle and reduce my to-do list (which I actually don't have as it's all either done in two minutes or slotted in my calendar). I knew there had to be a better way to stay organized, but at the time, I didn’t have the right tools or processes to manage it all. Then, I stumbled upon 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. I didn’t know it at the time, but this platform would change everything for me. As I began using Notion for personal tasks, something clicked—I realized how powerful it could be for 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. It wasn’t just about keeping track of to-dos; it was about creating a system that aligned with my workflow, helping me stay on top of multiple projects without losing focus. I started small, building templates for myself, refining my approach, and slowly sharing these systems with others. What I didn’t expect was the transformation it brought—not only to the way I worked but to the businesses I helped. Seeing the difference it made in 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬, 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 for my clients was the spark that ignited my passion.
