They have a really nice formulation that doesn't contain too many ingredients, has a great essential amino acid profile, which is important for recovery and building muscle after your training. Amino spiking, also known as protein spiking or nitrogen spiking, is a controversial practice in the supplement industry. It involves adding cheap amino acids like glycine or taurine to protein supplements to inflate their protein content on the nutrition label without actually providing the full spectrum of essential amino acids found in complete proteins like whey or casein. This deceptive tactic allows manufacturers to reduce production costs while still marketing their products as high-protein. However, consumers may unknowingly purchase protein supplements that are lower in quality and effectiveness. #health #nutrition #protein #supplements https://lnkd.in/g2nbStCK

5 Protein rich foods which are not very good to consume on regular basis- 1. Soy Products- Soy contains phytoestrogens that mimic estrogen, potentially causing estrogen dominance and hormone imbalances. It also has antinutrients. 2. Paneer-Excessive consumption of paneer can increase prolactin levels, leading to hormonal imbalances. 3. Nuts-While nuts are a good source of fats and protein, some, like almonds and cashews, contains oxalates which impacts gut lining, can hinder other nutrient absorbtion so should not be consumed in high quantities. However, walnuts can be consumed daily. 4. Milk-The quality of milk today is often compromised due to adulteration and cows being fed inappropriate foods and injected to produce more milk. This can lead to hormone imbalances in the cows, which can transfer to humans. If you can source high-quality milk and digest it well, it can be consumed regularly. 5. Red Meat-Red meat provides essential protein, vitamins, and minerals. However, its digestion requires significant digestive enzymes, making the organs work hard. Consuming red meat once a week is a good way to get its benefits without overburdening your digestive system. #proteinrich
