Chief Broadcast Officer of Shoppertainment Live Inc., Lawrence Lee, shared in his opening remarks during the SLI 2024 State of the Live Commerce (SOLC) about the incredible exponential growth and capacity of the company: "What we did in three years--2020, 2021, and 2022--we were able to accomplish in 2023. The thought of it almost amazes me, and it’s kind of overwhelming in a way. Fast forward to date, there are BAUs where we mount up to 46 hours of livestreams in a day. But there are D-days and paydays where we mount up to 84 hours of live stream in a day. That is the reason why what we accomplished in 2023, we were able to achieve in 6 months this year. But, obviously, the year’s not done, we still have 3 months to go, and the numbers are still growing… it’s a good challenge and keeps us on our toes.
