Unless the employer can give you the exact career path from CSA to Advisor - don't take the job. Different skill sets and career arcs (note both are important to the sucess of a firm). No one becomes an Associate Advisor to be a Director of Operations, why would you take a client service associate job to be a Lead Advisor?

This experience is valuable for professional development and increases your opportunities outside of your business. For example, if you change your mind about owning a business, you may be able to sell your company and find a senior-level role at another company because of your experience. Being an assistant, especially in today's job market, is an often challenging yet rewarding career. The idea that the job is "simple" is a common misconception. Assistants are expected to be strategic partners, to wear multiple hats, be incredibly organized, and work with a wide variety of personalities. Before accepting a job, it’s important to ask yourself this question: Do my personal values line up with the company’s core mission? If the answer is no, it can be really hard to be successful professionally if you’re conflicted personally. If you are working for a company that has a core mission you don’t believe in, you won’t be happy for long even if the role gets you closer to your dream job.
