Torry Holt and Terrence Holt teamed up with the Los Angeles Rams and Cedars-Sinai for this year's National Football League (NFL) Crucial Catch initiative. For 24 years our foundation has focused on the kids. We lean in and show up for kids who have a parent or primary caregiver with a cancer diagnosis. Kids just like Ashley's daughter.

We wrapped up our time in St Louis attending the Isaac Bruce Foundation’s Gridiron Gala on Friday evening and spent Saturday with the St. Louis Cardinals where Torry Holt and his Ram’s Super Bowl XXXIV teammates were honored pre-game and he even got to throw out the game’s first pitch. It was a great few days in STL reconnecting and we are looking forward to going back soon!

This recent video from the Prince and Princess of Wales, sharing the Princess' cancer journey, has touched hearts globally. Just like many families we hear from daily, they face the challenge of explaining a parent's cancer diagnosis to their kids, and aiming to protect their innocence amidst uncertainty. The Princess's openness shows that cancer doesn't discriminate - not even for a a well known public figure. For over 20 years, our foundation has been there for children, just like hers, coping with a parent or primary caregiver's cancer diagnosis. We provide education, support, and a host of fun activities to lighten cancer's impact. Together, we can build a brighter future for children impacted by a parent or primary caregiver's cancer. Friday night was a night to remember for the Holt Brothers Foundation! We hosted a Memory Making event for our KidsCAN! families at the NC Courage game. Kids were able to go out to the field to welcome the players to pitch, give them high fives, and enjoy a Gonza taco buffet for dinner. The cherry on top? It was Star Wars night! Characters from the movies roamed the stadium and came to visit our families ⚽️🤩 We are changing the lives of children impacted by their parent’s cancer, and these memory making opportunities are one of the big ways we do that. It cost us roughly $100 per a family of four to provide these opportunities. Our team took a trip to Camp Keyauwee to visit the Duke chapter of Camp Kesem. We got to take a tour of the campground, talk to student leaders about their experience, and hang out with the kids ☀️🏕️ Our day was filled with meaningful connections, friendship bracelet trading, and was a chance to see the positive impact Camp Kesem leaves for children who have a parent or primary caregiver facing cancer. The days we get to see the impact of our work first hand are some of the days we love the most.
