Why does everyone think they're a marketing expert who hasn't spent even a day in a marketing class or has not done any marketing in their life? Why can't people stay in their lanes and let experts be experts? You don't see marketing people talking down to Controllers, "I don't like your GAAP, you need to start over." Or talking to legal, "Wellll, I personally think your copyright basis doesn't really fit the feel of our company. Why don't you rewrite it to my liking." This is a rhetorical question, one that most of us in marketing know. Opinions about creative endeavors are like assholes; everyone is a marine worm*. *Marine worms have thousands of assholes.
