Have you heard of seed cycling?🌱 I struggled with irregular and missing periods for over a year, but I found seed cycling really helped me on my hormone healing journey. My clients love it too! Seed cycling is a simple, natural way to support your hormones throughout the different phases of your menstrual cycle. Here’s how it works: 🌗 The first half of your cycle: From the first day of your period until ovulation (the follicular phase), eat 1 tablespoon each of flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds daily. 🌓 The second half of your cycle: From ovulation until your next period (the luteal phase), switch to 1 tablespoon each of sunflower and sesame seeds. Although there currently isn’t much scientific research on the effectiveness of seed cycling, these seeds provide essential nutrients like zinc, magnesium, and omega-3s that help regulate the menstrual cycle and promote hormone balance. They’re great for your gut health too! Have you tried seed cycling before? I want to hear about your experience.👇 #SeedCycling #HormoneHealth #WomensWellness #NutritionTips #CycleSyncing

Seed Cycling - Is it worth it? You have probably heard of seed cycling by now, but the question is, does it work? First let's delve into why you would do it in the first place. * Seed cycling has a long history of helping to balance the hormones during the menstrual cycle. * Taking certain seeds at a certain time each month helps balance estrogen and progesterone hormones. * It will help to regulate your cycle, great if you have come off birth control or plan to. * It may take a few cycles to notice the difference but should start to show benefits after the first cycle. * Always used raw and grounded seeds or add them whole to smoothies before blending. Grounded absorbs better into the system for the full benefits. * Seed cycling has also shown to help women during peri-menopause and menopause with estrogen or progesterone imbalances. As you can see there are many wonderful benefits in trying seed cycling. Please like if you found this post helpful ❤️

Navigating the "Skin Cycling" Trend Have your clients been asking about skin cycling? It’s one of the most talked-about trends this year. This method involves rotating active ingredients—like exfoliants and retinoids—on certain days, followed by recovery days. Why is it gaining traction? ✅ Reduces irritation from overuse of actives ✅ Encourages a focus on skin barrier recovery ✅ Helps clients see better, more sustainable results For professionals, skin cycling can be a great educational opportunity to help clients structure routines and prioritize their skin’s health. Tip: Remind clients that consistency and a tailored approach matter more than trends alone. What are your thoughts—have you implemented skin cycling strategies in your client care?

Cycling is a fantastic way to stay fit, explore the outdoors, and embrace a healthy lifestyle. However, long rides and repetitive motions can lead to common injuries such as knee pain, lower back strain, and muscle imbalances. Myotherapy offers targeted solutions to help cyclists prevent these issues, improve muscle endurance, and enhance overall riding performance. Through specialised techniques like deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, our Myotherapists can address tight muscles and imbalances that often result from prolonged cycling. This not only helps in preventing injuries but also boosts muscle endurance, allowing cyclists to ride longer and stronger. Additionally, Myotherapy enhances performance by improving flexibility and promoting efficient muscle function. By reducing muscle tension and enhancing blood flow, cyclists experience quicker recovery times and reduced fatigue, enabling them to perform at their best during every ride. Integrating Myotherapy into your cycling routine can make a significant difference in your health and performance. Whether you’re a casual rider or a competitive cyclist, discover how Myotherapy can support your passion for cycling and keep you riding smoothly and pain-free.
