THIS! This is what social media should be like in our industry! Check out how Agnes Monett, an employee of Blackton Inc. created a shout-out post on her personal profile tagging a vendor. The SVP of the company responded (as a person, not the brand) with mutual love and respect back to Agnes and Blackton. No one is trying to sell anything here. Just publicly spreading the word about good people doing good things with good people. The primary point of this post exhange is genuine kindness and appreciation of a good business relationship. What also gets achieved here in the background? If I'm looking for a new flooring contractor or insurance in Florida, I'm starting with these people in these companies because this is how I want to be treated in a relationship for my business.
