What do you think is a priority at this moment ? - this helps you understand the buyer vs what you want to shove down their throats. Sometimes the buyers already know what they need. And they design a solution in mind. Sometimes it's good. Sometimes you've got to challenge and re-design the appropriate solution. And to do that - you need to understand their priority, what they care about - " I need 500k revenue in the next 3 months" - It can look like this ..
