Senior leaders gathered at Fort Eustis last week for the TRADOC Senior Leader Forum to discuss how TRADOC is adapting to drive and support #ContinuousTransformation and #TrainingModernization through doctrine development, PME and training. The two-day forum kicked off with a team building PT event led by U.S. Army Center for Initial Military Training. A separate Spouse Forum, led by Mrs. Michelle Brito, was hosted as well for senior leader spouses to discuss ways to continue strengthening support for TRADOC Soldiers and their families. #VictoryStartsHere US Army

Key Highlights from the 83rd Anniversary of the U.S. Army Military Police Corps 1. Honoring the Fallen The celebrations kicked off with a memorial tribute at the MP Memorial Grove, where Gold Star families and 2,369 memorial bricks symbolized the sacrifice and legacy of fallen MP Soldiers. 2. Regimental Retreat Ceremony Military Police units proudly displayed their colors as they honored the U.S. flag, concluding the ceremony with the folding of the flag and a reading of the poem "My Name Is Old Glory." 3. Resiliency & Camaraderie MP spouses participated in the Order of the Crossed Pistols event, engaging in physical challenges like a ruck, rappelling, and military dog demonstrations, all while building empathy and understanding for their partners’ careers. 4. Warfighter Competition Champions The 519th MP Battalion claimed victory in the 2024 MP Warfighter Competition, showcasing the tactical skill and teamwork of Military Police Soldiers. 5. Regimental Honors & Hall of Fame The celebration concluded with the recognition of top NCOs and the induction of seven leaders, including posthumous honors for Pvt. 1st Class Patrick Brems, into the MP Corps Hall of Fame.
