Work is officially progressing in Telford to deliver a new housing scheme of private Build to rent and affordable within the major Station Quarter regeneration project. Our team in the West Midlands has been appointed by Nuplace and Telford & Wrekin Council to support the delivery of 189 new homes. The £45.7m scheme located just north of the town centre will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom townhouses and apartments, revitalising the Telford community through the first major project of its kind in the area, with Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd appointed to deliver the five-storey apartment block.
