Funding Secured for St James House Project to Build Bristol's Tallest Building! A major construction project in Bristol, backed by Cain International and Apollo, will see the development of a 28-storey student accommodation block and an 18-storey co-living homes block. The scheme will include 132 co-living homes, with 20% designated as affordable housing, and 442 student bedrooms. It will also feature around 15,000 sq. ft. of amenity space, including a cinema, fitness suite, study areas, games room, and dining facilities.
