At the start of 2023 Rawlings Group looked different. We were overwhelmed by change, set back by challenges and felt unstable. Last month we held our 3rd quarterly meeting of the year. And it showed me how far the company has come in one year. Over this last year we have: - Bought in load of new people. - Embedded our culture. - Firmed up our processes. But through it all, we have stayed stable. (Which I couldn’t say with so much confidence 2 years ago…) But it was actually something quite simple which helped us get here ⤵️ The introduction of the EOS toolbox. Of course, it often does not go to plan at Rawlings Group. In fact in this meeting we realised we had quite a few fires to put out. But while putting a plan in place to do exactly that, I realised something… Although there is a challenge and change ahead of us, the entire team is getting on the same page. We are all moving in the same direction, towards the same goal with the same core values. We have a sense of stability. Realising the hard work and time we have put in to implementing the EOS toolbox are is paying off. So, shout out to my team for taking this onboard so well. It has only been a little over year.
