I've always been a huge proponent of the Judicial Hellholes reports but I must admit its concerning in more ways than one. I believe this report can help a state here and there (ex: Florida) move towards better systems. But I also believe a publication like this could turn into a business plan for plaintiffs' attorneys, especially in 2024 backed by AI and litigation finance. The key is leveraging this insight to do more than talk about it. If you agree, join us and our clients - we put real talent, time, and money towards rebalancing the scales of justice. https://lnkd.in/esAX7hRz
