I hope thatI that efficiency is not understood as a decrease in contact time with the client both at check-in and check-out, otherwise they would be robotic services like "the next one" where the client's history is not accessed to discover the experiential triggers and, believe me, unfortunately this happens in many hotels: check in/out very fast and not at all interactive and much less experiential.
