At Loeffler Construction we strive to embody our value statement, Integrity Built. This week is Construction Safety Week, a nationwide industry effort that aims to remind the industry of the why behind all safety efforts. In observance of Safety Week, we are making extra efforts this week to educate our job site teams as well as our in-office team on best practices for job site safety. Check out our video below with Superintendent, Conrad Hoag, sharing a little more about Loeffler's continuous safety efforts. #ConstructionSafetyWeek

We understand that the safety and success of any construction project are determined by the individual decisions and actions of every team member. Which is why we're proud to promote safety, no matter the scale, no matter the location. Every person on our team has a responsibility to take initiative, accountability, and personal ownership in keeping the team and job site safe. So, when Peris is on the job, you can count on it being secure. #ConstructionSafetyWeek

Day 2 of Construction Safety Week focuses on Encouraging and Welcoming New Ideas. If we’re going to charge everyone with responsibility for safety, we need to be willing to listen and respond to the concerns and suggestions of those bearing it. Valuing every voice makes sure all team members have a chance to add ideas and are not restricted to the perceived best practice of the loudest voice on the crew. Instead, they are empowered to ask questions, challenge norms, share different ideas for improvement, and solve problems collaboratively and more effectively. Construction is a team sport. By encouraging and welcoming new ideas as well as sharing our past experiences and lessons learned, we can be sure we all return home safely at the end of the day. #SafetyFirst #ConstructionSafetyWeek
