BUCK’s commitment to an inclusive environment extended to providing restroom facilities that were welcoming to staff and visitors of all genders and identities. Despite plumbing code regulations that inexplicably prohibited all-gender single-occupant restrooms, LMA worked with the City Hall Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion to broker an appropriate compromise for the project and create a pathway for approval for similar all-gender facilities until more equitable State legislative reforms can be affected. #inclusivitymatters
