Hiring for HR Executive
Role & responsibilities
Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Reference Checks: Verify candidates' references and background to validate their credentials.
Job Offers: Extend job offers and negotiate terms and conditions with selected candidates.
Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
Data Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Reporting: Generate recruitment reports and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of the hiring process.

Employee engagement activities.
Job timings: Monday to Saturday
Candidates willing to commit to the company for at least a period of 1 years only need to apply.
Notice period: 2 months
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
Candidates with proven experience as an HR recruiter or similar role will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Ability to evaluate candidates' soft skills and cultural fit.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Adaptability to changing hiring needs.
High ethical standards and confidentiality.
The scope of role will also include onboarding formalities and Employee engagement activities.
