And I had the chance to reflect deeply on how we measure event success beyond the cliched KPIs like - attendance or revenue. True success covers the diverse objectives of all stakeholders involved. What the industry needs is a perspective shift. → For organizers, strategic audience mapping is essential to ensure that attendees, exhibitors and sponsors leave having met the intended goals. → Exhibitors measure success through the quality of leads and connections solidified and made, not just quantity. → Attendees seek value in content and networking, gauged by their engagement and connections to their peers. → And sponsors? Visibility and direct ROI, beyond just logo placement.
