“LIMITATION IS ONLY ON YOUR MIND” I have no hotel background and I accomplished being GRO staff. And today, I am the duty manager of the one and only 5 stars international hotel chain in Batu City. At the very beginning, I even didn’t understand the hotel terms and its designates. I applied for steward in some companies without knowing what’s steward is and I always failed to even on the CV screening. None of those companies called me to the next session of hiring steps. Therefore, i didnt stop, i tried to learn about the hotel industry and its fundamentals aspect until I could state each and everything about the hotel terms. As a result, I could finally join as GRO in one of the most luxurious all inclusive five stars resort in Bali. To each and every single of you out there. You should unlock your ultimate skill by always trying a new things ahead. That means, you should always enrich your self enrichment. Do not fear of trying, and do not afraid of the words “unfortunately we are unable to continue your application” on your email notification. It might leads you to a better destination. Do not sabotage yourself by too much overthinking. Cause overthinking kills your positivity and happiness without even solving your things. Exceed your limitation to unlock your bestest potential. Keep moving forward even though your road might have lots of obstacles. Enjoy the process cause it worths every single steps you made. In addition. Be you and be the bestest of you cause limitiation is only on your mind. Unlock your potential by always trying and learn. In the end of the day, transform your self to better person than before.
