INPP Pockets 169% Profit Increase in Semester I JAKARTA. The hotel, commercial and property sales business issuer, PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) succeeded in achieving quite significant performance growth in the first semester of 2024. This company recorded a net profit of IDR 315 billion, an increase of 169% compared to profits in the same period last year. Meanwhile, total revenue reached IDR 556 billion, or an increase of 4% from IDR 538 billion in the previous year. This growth was driven by solid performance in business segments with revenue- and repeated. The hotel segment contributed the largest revenue, namely IDR 255 billion. The commercial segment followed with a contribution of IDR 239 billion. Meanwhile, property sales provided additional income of IDR 62 billion. "We are targeting double-digit net profit growth this year. The positive performance in the first semester further strengthens our commitment to pursue business growth in all business segments," said President Director of Paradise Indonesia, Anthony P. Susilo, Wednesday (21 /8). Paradise Indonesia is known for building shopping centers and medium-sized mixed use projects targeting the upper middle class market. With 89% of revenue being recurring, the company emphasizes its focus on long-term and sustainable growth. The Company also has a diversified portfolio with 25 business units. One of the newest additions is the Hyatt Place in Makassar which began operations earlier this year. Paradise Indonesia is also developing several other projects. Among them, the Antasari Place Project in Jakarta is scheduled for completion at the end of this year. Meanwhile, the 23 Paskal Extension project in Bandung is estimated to be completed in early 2025.
