About the Team: The Entity Management team is responsible for building and maintaining tools that help small businesses manage the entire lifecycle of their legal and compliance needs, including incorporation. This means supporting business owners from the very first step of getting their company incorporated, all the way through ongoing compliance, account monitoring, and even dissolution if needed. The team’s mission is to simplify and automate these often complex, time-consuming processes, so business owners can focus on growing their business without worrying about government regulations. Great Customer Service begins during the hiring process, not when you are training an associate after they are hired. As a Leader, you must ask those pertinent questions that allows the person to reveal their true self to you. Yes, we can and should ask questions about how he/she handled a prior situation with a customer. However, we should also ask questions that speaks to their fundamental and core understanding and belief about customer service. How deeply rooted are those beliefs? While through training the understanding and beliefs may change, there is a chance they may not. One question I always ask is "Do you believe the customer is always right?" Then I listen very carefully to the answer, verbal and non-verbal. At this time when Great customer service is too hard to find, it is a Leader's responsibility to set their company up for success by making this a focus when hiring new associates.

If you're looking for your first steps into the Financal Services sector, then take a look at this. Prior to joining Nutmeg Saving and Investments, I had an exclusively retail background. In 2022, I needed a career change, I wanted to transition away from retail and was eager for a new and exciting challenge, I just didn't know exactly what that was. Nutmeg stood out to me and I decided to take a gamble and apply. I had nerves that I would be rejected because I didn't have an in-depth knowledge of ISAs, Pensions or investing. But what I did have was an extensive background in working with, helping and connecting with people. I was fortunate enough to be successful and in July 2022, I joined their Client Services teams. Nutmeg taught me everything I needed to know to be successful in my role and coupled with my background and ability to connect with people; I've found the challenge I was desperately seeking two years ago and I've enjoyed great career progression and opportunities' over that time.
