Great news! The approval of 60 Gracechurch Street is a step forward in creating a more sustainable and innovative cityscape. The design by 3XN is impressive and I'm excited to see how this new generation of office buildings will shape the future of commercial development. The public benefits, such as the 'Sanctuary' space and public roof garden, will also contribute to a more vibrant and accessible urban environment. It's encouraging to see a focus on both sustainability and community in this project.
