Global Health & Safety Week at 20RM has been all about the people that deliver for us day in and day out, the operative. We're working in an industry which does a lot of telling and not a huge amount of listening. Our operations need to be led by the skills of those around us. We need to facilitate a culture which engages, communicates, fosters ideas and ultimately achieves them through action - resulting is culture which is sustainable and for the better. Our team has stood up and delivered in our first real month on site - i'm proud to see that we care about creating something special. This week alone we have delivered Engagement Forums, Brain Boards to promote ideas, Black Hat H&S forums targeted at LIVE H&S risk and reviewing the next 8 weeks of challenges, Occupational Health Nurse checks, Physio, Prostate Awareness and to wrap it all up our 1x Gold Card (£250!), 8x Green Card (£25) and 3x Best Ideas in town (£100) awards presented by our client in our fantastic canteen. We're kicking off a culture which we want to sustain, provoke ideas, provide change and deliver on what we love, quality underpinned by health and wellbeing.
