Let's talk about renovations. They quite often start with so much excitement and passion but very quickly become hugely fatiguing, whether you’re doing the work yourself or just dealing with a few more people than usual coming in and out of your home. We understand how messy the post-renovation process can become and that’s why we offer a service specifically tailored for post construction or renovation cleaning. By hiring our specialist cleaning support, you can look forward to a much quicker and cleaner post-construction clean-up process and getting back to those initial feelings of reno excitement and passion in no time.

We’ve all heard the joke – the more swearing on the job site, the better (and safer) the work must be, right? 🤣 While it makes for a good laugh, the real key to a successful construction is choosing the right contractor! Before hiring anyone, take the time to research past work, check references, and review credentials. The best contractor isn’t necessarily the cheapest – they’re the one who can adjust the project scope to fit your budget while still delivering high-quality results. So, maybe keep the swearing to a minimum, but definitely keep the standards high! 😉 Live along the Wasatch Front and ready to remodel? Follow for more tips from an expert contractor!

Trusting the heart and passion of the contracting team you hire for home renovations is key to building trust! Avoiding doing business with companies known for having a toxic work culture helps you avoid delays in project timelines and subpar contracting work. StraightLine Construction is dedicated to fostering a healthy, respect-driven work environment that values our customers and team of dedicated craftsmen. High turnover rates, a lack of transparency, and poor work-life balance are the three largest red flags that signal the existence of a toxic work culture. Our crew has been with StraightLine Construction for many years and has the work-life flexibility needed to keep us healthy and inspired when tackling each new project. Avoid costly delays in your project’s completion and the sour atmosphere of working with a toxic contractor by contacting our team for a no-obligation consultation. Our team approaches each project with a kindhearted, straight-to-the-point attitude. https://lnkd.in/g_brt4ny

The good, the bad and the ugly… There’s so much that goes on behind the scenes to ensure business runs as usual. From getting the properties up to par for their grand opening - to ensuring they continue to stay open and meet ALL regulations and expectations. This is a huge deal! NO buildings = NO staff/product, NO staff/product = NO business = BIG PROBLEM. To ensure everything is running smoothly, constant walkthroughs must be done along with having close communication with your site staff. Your staff’s well being and safety should always be at the top of the list. Additionally we need to ensure that our infrastructures, are structurally sound and working accordingly. I recently shared flooring being done at one of our recently acquired properties. While it looks pretty, that doesn’t mean the work stops there. We needed to add toilets and now change the sinks. Of course nothing is as simple as you want it to be. BUT OF COURSE with hard work, dedication and tenacity, we ALWAYS get the job done! Sorry in advance for the graphic images, but a role with so many responsibilities isn’t always pretty. #WIFM #facilitiesdirector #plumbing #contracting #perfumewarehouse
