LAUNCHED! Delighted to share that Longbeard has finally launched a new content platform called Christendom. It's kinda like an aspiring Catholic Daily Wire.
We created the platform to amplify Catholic voices in the world.
The idea is to be a ‘big tent’ platform intent on representing diverse views from the Catholic world. Christendom embraces content creators that ask tough questions, wrestle with challenging ideas, and reflect on topics that are top of mind for many people.
Christendom aspires to be a bridge-builder, facilitating opportunities for adversarial content creators to directly engage one another in conversation and, hopefully, dial down some of the polarity in the Church.
All the videos we’re hosting are from YouTube, and so all views, ads, and video engagements directly benefit the content creators' respective channels.
Very soon, we’ll be self-hosting some of our content creators' content and will be providing them ad revenue to support their ministries.
Christendom is also producing several shows in-house (Brian Holdsworth, Last Week in the Church with John Allen Jr., Eternal Christendom) and plans to add many more in the coming months. By producing and distributing shows for the content creators, it leaves them more time to create content.
We’d greatly appreciate it if you would check out the app, and we’d welcome any feedback you may have.
Also, if you appreciate the product, please feel free to spread the word!
We’re trying to get as many people using it over the next couple of weeks as possible so we can work out the kinks.
