Today on Labor Day, let’s celebrate more than just hard work — let’s take a moment to honor the deeper meaning behind it. The truth is — labor is service, and service is life. When we give our labor, we’re offering a piece of ourselves, an expression of love in action. Whether you’re guiding others, solving problems, creating something new, caring for others, or building a better future, know that your work is a powerful force that shapes the world around you. True fulfillment comes not just from the tasks we complete, but from the impact we create through our dedication to others. The most alive, driven, and fulfilled people are those who lead lives of contribution and service to something greater than themselves. Your labor isn’t just a job; it’s a gift, a legacy that leaves a lasting ripple of positive change. Let’s take a moment to reflect: How can you bring more purpose and joy into your work? How does your labor positively impact others, your community, your family, and the world around you? Enjoy the holiday weekend, and thank you for your countless wonderful contributions to making our world a brighter place! 🙏🏼❤️ #tonyrobbins

"People need to step back and realize that a few centuries from now, no one will remember, or care, about their grandiose achievements. On your deathbed, the only thing you will remember is the time you spent with your close family and friends." This is exactly one of the things, on which we are working. We want to cultivate a culture which organically brings you closer to your family and friends. #friends #family #relationships

Celebrating Labor Day: Honoring the Work and Workers Behind Every Success As we celebrate Labor Day, I’m reminded of the immense value that each person brings to the table. Whether you’re on the front lines or behind the scenes, your contributions are the foundation of success. Today, let’s recognize and appreciate the dedication, hard work, and resilience of all workers. In my journey as a professional coach, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals who pour their passion into their roles every day. From veterans transitioning into new careers to parents navigating the complexities of supporting special needs children, the common thread is a deep commitment to making a difference. Labor Day is not just about rest; it’s about reflection. It’s an opportunity to acknowledge how far we’ve come and to inspire each other to keep striving towards our goals. To everyone I’ve coached, and to those who inspire me with their perseverance, thank you for your hard work. Let’s continue to lift each other up, celebrate our wins, and prepare for the challenges ahead. Here’s to the dedication, the drive, and the endless possibilities that come from working together. One of my favourite spots in Sedona, Arizona is called "The Birthing Cave". Every time I've been there, something profound happens. It's believed that the Hopi women who once lived on the land there used to come to this cave to give birth. And when you sit inside the cave, you literally feel like you're inside natures womb (I mean, check out the picture 😲). I was thinking about who I am today, and all the "versions of me" I've had to let go of throughout my career to step more fully into the person I am today (and continually becoming). 👉 The version of me that was once too afraid to ask for a raise because I didn't think I was worth six figures (only to realize money is just an energy and I am worth however much I think I'm worth 🤑). 👉 The version of me that thought my life dream was to become a VP and then once I got there, I still wasn't happy (because apparently fancy titles aren't the ticket to my happiness after all 🎫). 👉 The version of me that never believed I could leave the safety of a 9-5 corporate job and be an entrepreneur (and then I did it and realized it was the best career decision I've ever made because I actually bet on myself 👍) 👉 The version of me that wakes up in the morning and feels like I have no idea what I'm doing or where all of this is leading (that was actually today, by the way... I had a full meltdown and a nice cry 🤣) The list goes on and on... I'm constantly being reminded that I'm always in a state of evolution, of birthing and re-birthing myself over and over again. Letting old versions of me die, and trusting myself to keep going so new versions of me can come through. And the more softly I lean into that truth, the less hard I am on myself, and the easier, less stressful and more fulfilling this whole journey becomes. What's a version of you that you've had to let go of throughout your career? Would love to know in the comments below. #wisdomoftheday #journeyofgrowth #careergrowth #careeradvice #rebirth #career #reflection #careerchange #innergrowth #evolution

True - corporate culture has always been like this - latest form of rigorous work culture - without having a work life balance. Organization do promote work life balance but on the surface for the sake of promotion and fake claims and marketing strategies. inside if you go deep dive it’s “Dead lines” which rules the work floors and in sensitive attitudes. Who looses in this is employees and their families being forced into constant pressure and deliverables with micro management.
If you died, it’s likely that within 48 hours, your manager would post a job opening to find your replacement. In the world of work, everyone is seen as replaceable. The wheels of business must keep turning, and while your contributions are valued, the reality is that someone else can be trained to take your place. However, this logic does not apply to your personal life. For your friends and family, there is no replacement. You are unique to them, and the void left by your absence can never be filled by anyone else. While it's important to commit to your work and fulfill your responsibilities, it's equally crucial to recognize where you are truly irreplaceable. The people who love you, care for you, and share their lives with you are the ones who will feel the deepest impact of your absence. After all, it's these bonds that will bring lasting fulfillment and meaning to your life.

A snow day is part of your DEI mission and vision. Hear me out! If you’re in Oregon, you might be in the middle of a series of snow days. Meetings are cancelled, power is lost, and people are experiencing some tough conditions. How you make decisions for your staff today is reflective of the work you’ve done to create a culture of equity and inclusion. Does your diverse staff have different needs that are affected by the snow. Whether that is where they live or their physical abilities. Is there an equity lens being used to determine who is an essential worker and do they have the resources they have to work safely? Do people feel included in decision making or are you making decisions for those with the most power and privilege? DEI lives beyond hiring metrics. It is embedded in every decision you make. So when DEI is at risk of being defunded or outright banned, remember it lives in everything we do regardless of naming it or not. So how do you prioritize your staff’s wellness and safety on days like a snow day?
