Here is a conundrum I am facing that I hope my community here helps me solve I have a community of highly paid folks who are struggling with American corporate shenanigans and want me to help them navigate. Highly skilled tech folks. Top of the American talent really. I have another global community of folks, many of them founders, business owners , entrepreneurs who need tech help, as well as operations help to scale, ..so that… they get in a position to hire these highly skilled, American top talent , …pulling them away from the same corporate.. .. that these highly skilled talent is sick of. I love this self sustaining idea, however I am not sure how do I start bringing both these communities together, what do these synergies look like I did get an answer from GPT. Wasn’t great. Can you help? TLDR: How do I bring about synergies in two different communities to join hands? It’s a siloed community so far.

Interesting tidbits about my journey of meeting investors so far. 1. Only once have I presented my pitch deck. It’s all been organic conversations. 2. True pre-seed investors are a rarity. I had someone say “there’s no such thing as too early” to follow up with “you’re too early.” 3. Everyone has been an absolute pleasure to talk to. Even when I know it probably won’t be a match it’s energizing to meet new people and great practice for me. 4. With every call I strip away more of my imposter syndrome or apologizing for how great I think I’ll be at this. 5. My favorite thing has been addressing the “can you hire and find talent” question by saying - check out the comments on my LinkedIn posts - I have an awesome community.
