Last year, I attended the Longevity Med Summit to learn more about one of the most exciting industries in the world. Efforts to slow the #ageing process, prevent age-related chronic diseases, and extend #healthspan and vitality are well underway. The summit provided a fantastic opportunity to learn about the latest science, #diagnostics, #therapeutics, and innovations in this field. Among many fantastic individuals, I was fortunate to meet Richard Siow from Ageing Research at King's College London (ARK-AI) ARK and Dr. Michael Sagner from European Society of Preventive Medicine, who are both advancing #longevity science academically and clinically. With their support, I wrote a meeting report published in today, providing an overview of the conference, the latest research, and clinical advancements discussed, along with a personal commentary on the longevity industry.
