I would like to thank Teva Pharmaceuticals' Treasurer, Stephen Harper, for inviting me to attend and speak at his team's offsite recently. This meeting was a great opportunity for us to discuss our continuous transformational journey – particularly in the US market – since announcing our #PivotToGrowthstrategy last May.     We cultivated an enterprise and growth mindset by sharing knowledge and information between the teams. Finance is in the perpetual state of assessing the business which gives us the unique ability to come up with solutions that can help us become more effective.   We often get so used to doing things in a certain way that we forget that change is a constant, so it’s important for us to always ask how we can work together to integrate a successful cross-functional dynamic between different teams. Being collaborative is the key ingredient to how we will contribute to driving impact for the entire organization.   Having a high-performing team that creates and delivers value to an organization means you can’t be siloed.
