I write about design, style, culture, and creative biz as a 2x entrepreneur | Helping community-centred brands get visible with strategy + design @ Cool Eye | Fashion founder @ Andrea Pascual | Podcaster @ Sushi Fridays
"White women between 25 -35, who live in large major cities, who work in the creative industries, who go out for cocktails..." An example of what copywriter and strategist, Aimée Ramos was getting (even from big brands!) as the target customer for her strategy projects. Your target customer could potentially be somebody else. And it's until you dig deeper, that you can see who that persona really is. Yesterday on Sushi Fridays The Podcast, I dropped EP013, a workshop led by Aimée, where she helps entrepreneur Liv uncover her target customers for her new business concept. For brands, founders, and entrepreneurs: Knowing your target customer is a KEY step in the brand strategy process. You need to know who you're talking to. I invite you listen to Aimée's workshop in the link below, and come back to the comments with your takeaways. #brandstrategy #branding #targetaudience

Award-winning full-stack marketer & writer | Words in: Business Insider, Travel+Leisure, Well+Good, CN Traveler | 5'0 with 6'2" energy
How to tell your clients their goals are unrealistic (without crushing their soul or bruising their ego) Clients want the moon and the stars and the sun. That kind of big visioning is so powerful in business. But as a service provider it's your job to keep it honest. This framework works for me every time: 1. Validate & lift up the big goal 2. Present them with reality 3. Be clear on why the goal's not attainable NOW 4. Realign expectations 5. Reconnect new plan to their vision 6. Give them a pep talk 7. Get their commitment to the new plan I used this same method with a client recently. He wanted to get booked in out of reach media. But we agreed on a strategy to get him there. And yes there are unrealistic goals. I'm all for pushing and stretching what's possible. But if a podcast is interviewing celebrities & unicorns... They won't feature a small growing business.. Sorry if that's a blow to any your egos. But it's the truth. P.S. Reshare to help someone else! ♻️

Transformational Mindset Mentor helping driven women in their 40s & beyond discover their purpose & break free of limiting beliefs so to Fast Track Results & live an Abundant, Fulfilled Life.
"When You Change The Way You Look At Things, The Things You Look At Change". ~ Dr Wayne Dyer Welcome to this week's episode, inspired by a recent conversation with a family member about how changing the angle you look at a situation from, can totally transform the outcome of the event. In this episode we discuss how all experiences, conversations and thoughts are meaningless except for the attachment we place on such things. It is this attachment that we then label something as negative or positive and which ultimately evokes an emotional state. There are always multiple perspectives to any situation, there are always two sides to a coin. There is always another way to look at something. i Join Jaime as she explores how assigning meaning to different situations can drastically alter our perception of them. Using examples like the number 7, it’s demonstrated how the same thing can have various meanings based on individual interpretation. It's all in the way you look at things! Enabling individuals to secure their financial futures, creating wealthy lives and a positive legacy | Speaker | Author
When family and business mix, the results can be a complex blend of love, loyalty, and the occasional tug-of-war over the remote control of decision-making. Rachel Troughton joins me to unravel the delicate dynamics of working with loved ones in the property realm. Imagine leading a business where the boardroom table might also be where you eat Sunday dinner. That's the reality for many in generational family enterprises, where the lines between personal and professional often blur. In this discussion, I share the emotional intricacies when not every family member shares the same enthusiasm for the family trade. We navigate through the potential obstacles of bringing spouses, offspring, or friends into the fold, underscoring the importance of aligned values and crystal-clear communication. As we wrap up, we highlight the critical nature of legal diligence, especially in the property sector, and urge our listeners to weigh their options and consider the implications of every business alliance they enter. Don't forget to subscribe for more tips and expert advice on creating a wealthy life. Spiritual Life and Business Expander for Visionary Leaders | Retreat Leader | Intuitive Redefine success, amplify freedom & 10x wealth by integrating codes of the Liberated Goddess Method™
In the last 6 weeks alone I have: 🔥Simplified all of my systems, talk about ease and flow. 🔥Restructured my spaces to serve in an even higher caliber and expansive way. 🔥Booked 4 podcasts 🔥Broke through another layer of self, tapped into a higher frequency & passion my daily life. Imagine everything you want to experience in 20 years and you did that in a month. 🔥The truth? I could have "done this on my own" but TIME is my most valuable currency & wasting 10 more years compared to the collapsing time of what I just accomplished in the last 6 weeks. 🔥 I wouldn't be gaining the unique knowledge and activation I am from this space, that I can now pass on to my clients. 🔥The powerful aspect of community that I need as a multi-passionate business owner and woman. As I am fully activated and soaring, I would almost guarantee you don't want to sit on the sidelines. I have TWO brand new spaces open that I guaranteed to help you collapse time, liberate yourself and not look back in a year still in the same place. Let's chat about which space is right for you and how it can help you RIGHT NOW.

I don't accept the Terms & Conditions ◦ I know three things ◦ Wholly unimpressed ◦ spacer.gif and IE6 survivor ◦ Human-Centred ◦ I write, talk, and joke about Tech Policy & Social Impact.
Men of LinkedIn Reasons you can message me: 1. To offer me money 2. To work with me 3. To ask a question in my area of expertise 4. To book a consult 5. To ask me to appear as a guest on your podcast OR for a collaboration 6. To say hi and be respectful Reasons you cannot message me: 1. To offer me unsolicited "advice" 2. To send me links to things that anyone with a 101 level of understanding in my field knows 3. To "explain" things to me that I just don't understand about the world, because unlike you, oh wise man, I am clearly a 12 year old and not a 45 year old grown-ass woman who we all know you wouldn't be messaging in this fashion if you AT ALL respected me as a peer. If in doubt about where your message fits in this list... don't. ESPECIALLY if we are not connected.
