Goal Setting 🥅 Having something to work towards always gets me motivated! I like to constantly challenge myself, it keeps life interesting. I've spent time listening to podcasts and currently i'm obsessed with Mel Robbins. Her recent episode on "How to set and achieve goals" is perfect for tips on how to stay consistent. Over the past year, I've focused on becoming more personable with my clients by sharing aspects of myself and in turn them sharing with me and i've got to say it's incredibly fulfilling. I've shared my latest client feedback because towards the end of last year, I truly realised how much I love what I do. It's part of my why i want to be the best that i can be. Do you ever take a minute to ask yourself, "What do I love about what I do for a living?" It's strangely powerful and unexpectedly emotional question. 🤔 This week, Shaun Bernstein and I had a last minute cancellation for our videocast Branding and the Beast, so we seized the opportunity of time to ask each other rapid-fire, impromptu questions. "What do you love about what you do, and what can't you stand?" As you can see in this clip, it took me a solid 15 seconds of dead silence to answer. Not because there wasn't anything I loved, but because there were SO MANY things I loved.
