Systematic processes are immensely vital to scaling a business. It's a questions of trying to be everywhere at the same time or extending your reach by replicating yourself everywhere possible.
Lora Jackson Would you recommend using Scribe or Loom to SOP everything in process then share and recruit or hire an admin... train then have them develop SOPs?
