In keeping pace with LOT Polish Airlines’ goal of being on the forefront of business trends and technology, we are proud to share that we participated in the Marketing Innovation Executive Summit. This prestigious event focused on trends in innovation and artificial intelligence in marketing. Our Marketing and Corporate Communication Director, Ewa Lampart, shared her experience at the discussion panel 'Creativity as a Catalyst for Creative Thinking,' moderated by Rafal Baran. 'Creative thinking arises from breaking routine and looking from a new perspective. It stems from curiosity or the opportunity to create something new. Let's hope with the fleet expansion you consider the Airbus narrow bodies for your fleet! Imo far superior comfort. A fleet of A220-1/3 and A321N / NXLR would be a good choice!

customers rights matter

We are still waiting for the refund for cancelled flights by LOT Polish Airlines during covid. This airline pushes their own marketing sctivities in social media, but „customer care” is very poor in our experiences. We AVOID this airline!
