As we wrap up 2024, I’ve been reflecting on the tremendous growth GoCaggiano has experienced this year—not in profit, but in all the ways that truly matter.
This year was about the kind of growth that challenges you, stretches you, and makes you better. We invested in our team, fine-tuned our business model, and leaned deeper into delegation. It wasn’t always easy, but the result is a model that sets everyone—our clients and our team—up for success.
We’ve tested, tweaked, and learned what works (and what doesn’t). Some of those lessons came through client challenges, shifts in income and expenses, and even tough decisions. But every step helped us lay the foundation for a stronger, more aligned 2025.
Looking ahead, I see so much opportunity for growth:
