Helping introverted scientists to speak up with confidence and become more visible without becoming overwhelmed.

To communicate effectively as a non-native speaker you need six essential elements: ✅ Grammar ✅ Vocabulary ✅ Pronunciation ✅ Comprehension ✅ Fluency ✅ Confidence All of these points are important. But the most important of all is CONFIDENCE Because. without the confidence to attend the meeting, interview, conference, networking event where you might need to communicate in English you're not going to be able to use the other skills. This is where many Language schools are failing their students. They are failing to build confidence in their students outside of the classroom. Why?. ❌ Because none of these language schools include individualised techniques to overcome fear and build confidence outside of the classroom. That's what makes my technique different, and why my method works for people who have already failed to gain the confidence to speak up in English at work. What I offer is unique, because you are unique. Depending on your situation I offer: ✅ Language training pure. ✅ Confidence training pure. ✅ Language training and confidence training combos. I’m Louise I've spent over 20 years teaching English and coaching predominantly within the Pharma and Biotech. Through my experience and insights into your situation I now help non-native introverted scientists find ways to stop overthinking and start speaking up with confidence, without going into overwhelm. DM me to arrange a free 20 minute discovery call to see how we might work together to achieve your goals.
