Early childhood education has been and still is my passion. Since my early years in the field, I have always emphasized that the only purpose should be the child's well-being and healthy physical, cognitive, and emotional development. However, funding and equal access have been two (among many others) constant reminders of how many other factors impact this field. Now that I work in an HR department and daily support employees and students with their childcare and families' needs, reading this report has fascinated me. #childcare #employeebenefits #childrenseducation https://lnkd.in/gQfmfqaB
