1moLove Holidays Review Seems like a good deal BUT Be Warned They don’t book your hotel of first choice but you have to actually inform them 7 days before your departure they haven’t booked your hotel - shit show - even though they keep saying it’s confirmed as it’s all scripted then you receive an email to say it’s not booked but they offer you like for like and due to the short notice you have no choice but to take one of the hotels offered because no one else wants - and after research the holiday is actually cheaper with TUI and jet2 offering same deal for £800 cheaper but if you cancel with love you don’t get your flight money back £1k but you notified them about not booking your hotel 7 days before departure- yes I’ve complained not stop but the responses are scripted and they don’t care because they have your money Offer you £100 voucher -joke for the disruption it’s caused me We ended up in a hotel in the mountains in the middle of no where - no personal service or choices of restaurants which wasn’t on par with the Ikos - not our hotels fault but love holidays Be warned never use this company
