Here are a couple of suggestions, to make the process that bit easier: 💫 Clearly outline the essential skills and qualifications needed for the role, such as digital marketing expertise, content creation, data analysis, or social media management 💫 Look for critical soft skills like creativity, communication, and problem-solving. These can be just as important. 💫 Work with a specialist marketing recruiter to do all the leg work for you, saving you time and stress so you can focus on your day job 😜
